Will cleaning actually get rid of the dog urine smell?
Yes, when the treatment reaches the infill instead of the blades. Odor lives in the salts and bacteria that collect in the infill and base layer, so we flush enzymes through the full depth and follow with an antimicrobial. On yards that have gone years without service, or multi dog yards, the contaminated infill has to come out and be replaced, which is what Full Restoration does.
How long will the yard stay fresh after a cleaning?

Because hose water and household cleaners sit on the surface. They rinse the blades, dilute what is on top, and leave the salt layer in the infill untouched. Vinegar and bleach are the two most common home remedies and neither one breaks down urine salts. Bleach can also strip the color out of the fibers and void the manufacturer warranty.
Safety and process
Are the products safe for dogs and kids?
Yes. We use enzymatic and antimicrobial products formulated for pet turf and we rinse the surface after treatment. We do not use bleach, and we do not use anything that would leave a residue your dog can pick up on their paws or their nose.
How soon can the dogs go back on the turf?
Most yards are ready a few hours after we leave, once the surface dries. On Full Restoration with fresh infill, keep the dogs and heavy traffic off for the rest of the day so the new infill settles evenly across the yard.
Will power washing damage pet turf?
It can, which is why we do not use one. A pressure washer aimed at artificial grass frays the fibers, blows the infill out of the lawn, and can lift the seams. We power broom to rebloom the fibers, vacuum out debris and spent infill, drive enzyme cleaner through the infill, then top off with fresh antimicrobial and zeolite infill.
